These 1-hour weekly sessions can be catered towards individuals, couples and families.


Support groups are a form of therapy that utilizes the safe encouragement and mutually beneficial learning from a small group that’s going through similar experiences. Currently, open support groups are available online for the following topics:

Counseling is also provided on a corporate level to boost employee’s wellbeing and bring resolution to issues that may affect their workplace performance. This can involve mental health issues such as depression, workplace issues like burnout or conflict between team/superiors, or even familial issues like the loss of loved ones.
