Joelle Madeline James

In my counseling experience, I have noticed that people want a listener who is empathetic, receptive and non-judgmental. They find that a person with whom they could bounce ideas and possible solutions off may also be beneficial. As counselors, the versatility is important to cater to the needs of different clients.
I am sensitive in to understanding what my clients need, and would like to effectively use these qualities to assist and support you towards achieving tailored goals. at a self-determined pace.
I also focus on creating a strong therapeutic alliance that provides psychological safety for clients to disclose their individual struggles and vulnerabilities. I look forward to a meaningful journey ahead!
